Last week's 'Taking Flight' launch was a lot of fun. It was great to see my former classmates again and be in the world of children's book publishing, if even for just one evening.
But even though the buzz has died down, at least I have another anthology launch to look forward to! My story 'Sacrament' will be published in 'The Monster Book for Girls,' edited by Terry Grimwood, published by The Exaggerated Press. The launch will hopefully be at FantasyCon 2011 in Brighton this September. I can't wait, I've never been to a fan convention before so it will be an experience! And I'm looking forward to going back to Brighton, which is always wonderful, even if they do over-price their Moomin merchandise...
